McMurry Makes Top Ten on National 2011 Best Small Workplaces List
For the sixth year in a row, McMurry has been ranked as a top 10 Best Small Workplace in the U.S.

According to the Great Place to Work Institute, organizations named on the list see many benefits that include better financial performance, less employee turnover, higher levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, more innovative and creative thinking, higher productivity and enhanced public perception.
In 2006, McMurry ranked as the No. 6 Best Small Workplace in the U.S.; in 2007 it was No. 10; and in 2008, 2009 and 2010 it was No. 5. In 2004, it was named the No. 1 Best Small Company to Work For in Maricopa County (the greater Phoenix market) by the Great Place to Work Institute, which at the time was evaluating workplaces on a regional basis.
